My name is Marcus Wolford, I help people look, feel and perform better.  I have been in this field for over 10 years, as a bodybuilder, Kettlebell Specialist, Crossfit Coach, Olympic Lifter, Rehabilitation and as Personal Trainer at Nike World Headquarters.  

My personal nutrition has been strict Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo and even Ketogenic. I am now neither and all the above! I approach nutritional programming completely agnostic towards diet types because my goal is to use only what works for achieving your goals in a way that is sustainable over the long term.  I am not dogmatic about any particular style of eating or food restriction, rather my goal is to construct a way of eating that a Client will actually follow and give results, which is slightly different for everyone.
