SUPPLEMENTS
This is not meant to be an overly exhaustive list, these are simply the supplements I take off and on, and recommend for others as well. Some of these are more for sport performance, and some are more for health. Choose the supplement based on your personal needs.

Multi-Vitamin: Pure Encapsulations ONE
Antioxidant complex includes Alpha Lipoic acid and a blend of CoQ10 and sustained release water-soluble nanosized. MicroActive® Q10. Choline and inositol for healthy cognitive function. Supports cellular health with 500 mcg lycopene and 2,000 i.u. vitamin D. Helps maintain macular and retinal health with 3 mg. lutein and 500 mcg zeaxanthin.

VITAMIN D/K2 LIQUID - THORNE RESEARCH
- Vitamin D/K2 liquid contains vitamin K2 and vitamin D. Vitamin K2 exerts a more powerful influence on bone than does vitamin K1. Vitamin K2 is a series of molecules known as menaquinones. The most common and well studied of the menaquinones is MK-4.
- Thorne's vitamin K2 is MK-4 and is derived from bacterial fermentation; thus, there is no soy in the product. Vitamin K is also essential for normal cell formation and maintenance of a healthy cardiovascular system.

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE - Micronized
- Creatine is a molecule produced in the body, where it stores high-energy phosphate groups in the form of phosphocreatine (creatine phosphate). During periods of stress, phosphocreatine releases energy to aid cellular function. This is what causes strength increases after creatine supplementation, but this action can also aid the brain, bones, muscles, and liver. Most of the benefits of creatine are provided through this mechanism.
How To Supplement: Loading + Maintenance Dosage
- Loading: Take 0.3 gram per kilogram of bodyweight per day for 5–7 days.
- Maintenance: At least 0.03 g/kg/day either for three weeks (if cycling) or indefinitely (without additional loading phases).
For an individual weighting 180 lb (82 kg), this translates as 25 g/day during the loading phase and 2.5 g/day henceforth, although many users take 5 g/day due to the low price of creatine and the possibility of increased benefits. Higher doses (up to 10 g/day) may be prudent for those with a high amount of muscle mass and high activity levels.
